I get it! I was beyond totally overwhelmed with kids and a career when I thought, "You know, I should probably learn how to meditate." 

Classes and workshops were crazy expensive or didn't fit my schedule and how the heck are you even supposed to know what "type" of meditation you're interested in? Woof.

7 years later, I can honestly say that meditation is a daily part of my life and it helped me get through some of the toughest years of my life. 
The greatest secret I can share is this: 
My meditation practice looks different every single day.
Why? Because I make it fit into my busy schedule! Don't get me wrong, I love having a longer block of time to meditate if it's available, but as a mama of younger kids, community leader, and business owner - more often than not I have 5-10 minutes max.

The great news is that you can have a life-changing daily mediation practice in as little as 2 minutes a day.

In this course I will teach you techniques so simple you'll be able to do them at a stoplight or during a panic attack. 

Even short sessions can have a dramatic impact on your mental health and stress levels.

In "Meditation in Moments," you will learn:

  • How to meditate anywhere, anytime you feel triggered or out of alignment
  • Multiple simple & effective tools and techniques so your practice can be flexible and stays interesting
  • How to work meditation into your routine proactively -- without having to carve out huge chunks of dedicated time
  • How to use something physical (like a crystal) as a focal point or anchor
  • A variety of resources I personally have used and recommend
In this self-paced course, there are 11 modules, each with a short video or text lesson coving the topics above and a brief homework assignment. 

You'll need to set aside 20 minutes a day during the course to go through the lesson and complete the homework.
