After 4 wonderful years of serving you and your crystal needs and desires, I've made the decision to focus my business on the coaching, Breathwork, and Reiki energy healing sessions that I do for clients.

If you're looking for crystals, First House in Webster Groves, MO has all of my inventory of crystals, plus so much more. Truly the owners are amazing and the energy in the shop is so welcoming and cozy!

Tame Your Anxiety Group Coaching

Using Breathwork, neuroscience, and coaching, this 6-week small group container is run several times a year. Click on the title to get more details and join the waitlist if enrollment isn't open when you check.

Private Sessions

Choose from a fully customized Breathwork Journey, Reiki Energy Healing, or coaching session for your 1:1 session. Breathwork and Reiki sessions are available individually. Coaching packages are also available in 4- or 6-session bundles.
