Episode 5: Energy work and Reiki: Unleashing the Healing Power Within

Well, if you "believe" in the cell phone in your hand and in WiFi, then you most certainly do believe that information and energy can be transmitted through the air!

Still skeptical?

That's okay!

In this episode, I cover what energy work and Reiki are, as well as the many uses for it. From the mundane (manifesting a parking spot wherever I need to go), to the mental (supporting talk therapy & your mental health), to the physical (how Mayo Clinic and others use Reiki to increase the efficacy and speed up healing for their cancer patients), Reiki is an easy skill to learn and an even easier practice to incorporate into your daily life.
