I also walk you through how to "spring clean" the energy of your home/space, as well as how to create a crystal grid. This episode wraps up with info on how to care for and give your crystals their own spring cleaning.

Seasonal crystal practices

Spring Clean your Home's energy with crystals (optional to include smoke clearing as well)

1. Can choose any day, but either tomorrow's full moon (4/13) or the equinox (3/20) would be great days

2. Gather your materials (smoky quartz, clear quartz, or selenite, 417Hz Solfeggio music, aura spray, or smoke clearing tools)

3. Open all the windows and doors to your space.

4. Take a moment to get present and centered in your body before setting an intention that your home's energy be refreshed. You can borrow this mantra/affirmation or use your own: "All that is stagnant and no longer serves the Highest Good of my home or any of its inhabitants is now released. Only that is aligned with our Highest Good may enter."

5. Starting at the front door of your home, move clockwise through every room in your home, either playing the music, scanning the walls with the crystals, or wafting the smoke through.

6. When you've finished your whole space, take another moment with your hand on your heart to finish releasing what no longer serves and give thanks for a cleansed space.

Beltane (1 May) Crystal Grid Ritual

Beltane is about creativity, passion, and fertility - fertility of the soil, of our ideas, of nature. This sabbat is the peak of spring, halfway between Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice. This is a fire festival, traditionally celebrated with bonfires, recognizing the shedding of the winter months and welcoming the warmest part of our year.

1. Gather your favorite crystals, or ones that support your current intentions, a few tealights (battery operated are fine!) and some flowers from your yard (or buy a bouquet) to create your grid.

2. You can either use a preprinted grid or create your own design.

3. Take a moment to meditate on your intention. You might even want to journal on the questions: How are you creating the life you desire in this season of your life? How can you bring in more joy, happiness, play, and sensuality into your everyday life? What seeds are you planting right now and how will your life change in 6 months when they have been harvested?

4. Placing a candle in the center of your grid, begin using your intuition to place crystals, flowers, or other gifts from nature on the intersections of the lines or wherever you feel called to create a pleasing design.

5. Light the candle and take another moment to reflect on your desires and any new wisdom that was revealed during your practice.

6. Feel free to leave your grid out for as long as you like. (Be responsible with flames!)

7. When you are ready to dismantle your grid, take a moment to give gratitude to nature for providing fertile ground for our lives and dreams

How to care for and cleanse your crystals

Wipe them down with a barely damp microfiber cloth or a duster if they are rough/clusters. DO NOT submerge them in water unless you're sure that particular stone is water safe.

On NON-eclipse full moons, can place them in a window or outside to be recharged by the full moon. Eclipse energy is chaotic, so avoid them.

Do not place your crystals in direct sunlight - many will fade, especially anything quartz based (citrine, amethyst, rose quartz, etc.)

Place them on or near Selenite to cleanse their energy.

Use a tuning fork, 417hz or 528Hz frequencies/music to pass sound waves through the crystals to realign their crystal structure

Use ethically sourced smoke clearing bundles to cleanse
